Steps
- Rinse the paper filter and assemble the AeroPress on a mug.
- Add 15 g of coffee and pour 225 g of water, wetting all the grounds.
- Stir for 10 seconds, then insert the plunger to stop dripping.
- At about 1:30 to 2:00, press gently for 30 seconds.
- Taste. Sour: grind finer or steep longer. Bitter: grind coarser or steep shorter.
